Your Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. How to Opt Out
To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request to us by sending us an email to privacy@risakitchen.com with the subject line “Data Subject Request.” In your email, please specify your full name, a description of your request, and whether you are submitting a request for yourself or on behalf of another individual. If you are making a request on behalf of someone else, we may require additional information from you to verify your identity. Upon receipt of your request, we will process it and respond within the timelines required under applicable law. If additional information is required from you, we will contact you using the email address you have provided.
